Wendell moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago to become a dealer but soon discovered the flourishing real estate market and shortly jumped in as a loan officer.

After several successful years originating loans, Wendell discovered he had an innate talent for loan packaging and placement.  His natural abilities of organization and skills to work with a wide diversity of people led him to the area of loan processing. 

He inures much satisfaction working with different loan officers and discovering solutions for various problematic loan scenarios.  He has since been able to assist many individual loan officer and teams of loan originators increase their funding ratios significantly – even in today’s challenging market.
