As an independent contractor for R&K Consultants, Roy oversees all compliance for all closed loans. He specializes in fraud detection and advises USA regarding all current state and federal compliance matters.
Roy entered the mortgage industry as a “second career.” While assisting his wife part time with some accounting paper work, he discovered he had a special knack for spotting irregularities and finding things that may have been overlooked.
R&K Consultants are contracted full time as independent outside specialists to ensure the integrity of all the loans originated and funded through USA Mortgage.
