Melissa began her mortgage career with Wells Fargo as a loan processor and originator. She was soon recruited by KB Home Mortgage where she held a number of positions including processor, funder and shipper. While at KB during the peak of the real estate boom in Las Vegas, it was not uncommon for Melissa to close an excess of 60 loans per month – many of them FHA and VA.
Melissa also underwrote sub-prime loans for BNC Mortgage and later became an underwriter for conventional and Alt-A loans at Mountain View Mortgage.
Melissa thrives on challenges and enjoys the relationships she has developed with many of the loan officers and Lenders at USA.
