Cheryl has managed offices for several Nevada mortgage companies for over ten years. During this time, she has worked closely with the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division developing systems to coincide with newly formed state regulations for both mortgage agent and mortgage broker licensing.
Cheryl maintains the company’s relationships with its many Lenders and supervises the status of all loan officer and branch licensing.
Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Cheryl worked in the construction trade business with a specialty in flooring and tile. Among the positions she has held, she directed inventory purchasing for a major flooring enterprise and managed her own flooring company in the southeast.
