Over the past 15 years, Raymond Williams has funded nearly 3 billion dollars of residential mortgages through his own mortgage companies.  During that time, he was elected president of the Nevada Mortgage Brokers Association and appointed by the Nevada State Legislature to the Nevada Mortgage Advisory Council for four years.

He has been certified by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers to teach classes in Mortgage Fraud, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth-in-Lending, Ethics and Nevada Mortgage Law.  He has also been invited to participate as a guest speaker at the National Association of Mortgage Broker’s National Conference.

Since Ray and his wife Sheree opened USA Mortgage in 2003, the company has grown to be one of the largest mortgage brokers in the state of Nevada.  Ray currently oversees the company’s Commercial Loan Division which specifically caters to commercial transactions throughout the world.

Williams is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.
