About USA Mortgage
USA Mortgage was founded in 2003 by Ray and Sheree Williams. Previously, Ray Williams owned and later sold Las Vegas Mortgage, Nevada's largest mortgage broker, at that time. For more than ten years, the Williams' have maintained mortgage offices continuously in Las Vegas.
The Company currently has offices its main office in Summerlin, Las Vegas. Corporate offices are located in the prestigious Bank of Nevada Building at 7251 W. Lake Mead, Suite 100 in Las Vegas, NV 89128.
USA works with about one-hundred mortgage lenders, and adds new lenders as required, for a one-time $100 fee, paid by the requesting loan officer. Contact your supervisor for a current wholesale lender list, or just go to the LO's Section at the bottom of this page.. At present, the list is adjusting on a daily basis.
USA Mortgage also contracts with independent contractor loan officers for mortgage origination. Currently, there are more than 100 active loan officers. Net branches are an integral part of USA Mortgage's business planning, as well.
USA Mortgage is also one of the few mortgage brokers that hires new loan officers. This is made possible by USA's 42 training courses in Basic and Intermediate Mortgage Training and Sales and Mortgage Origination Training courses. William L. Beck, instructor and recruiter, provides many of these classes, developed over the last 30 years in the mortgage and real estate businesses.
